Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Virginia Beach, VA

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to serve the Virginia Beach territory, promoting bone health and other products to medical professionals. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge, driving product utilization, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product knowledge and communicate benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual customer engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on needs, and resolve reimbursement and access issues
• Analyze territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate commitment to patient-focused brand building

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years of sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years combined experience, or high school diploma with 8 years combined experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industries preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in specialties such as oncology, cardiology, bone health, rheumatology, or related therapeutic areas preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Proficiency in sales planning, technical knowledge communication, and results-driven execution

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual salary
