Job Opportunity at Shepherd’s Hollow Golf ClubShepherd’s Hollow is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Servers and Bartenders. Full-time and part-time positions are available.Compensation: $5.49 per hour + tips (Estimated earnings of $150–$200+ per shift)Responsibilities:Provide prompt, friendly, and exceptional service of food and beverages to guests in our restaurant.Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic mixed drinks.Warmly greet and interact with customers in the clubhouse and at the turn grille.Actively participate in providing high-quality food and beverage services for special events, banquets, and golf outings hosted at the course.Schedule:Shifts are approximately 8 hours in duration.Availability is required for AM/PM shifts, including weekdays and weekends.Candidate Qualities:We are looking for applicants who are:Friendly and outgoing with a positive, professional demeanor.Self-motivated and proactive in seeking to assist guests and team members.Excellent team players with a strong work ethic.Highly organized and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred.A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends.All experience levels are welcome—we provide comprehensive training for all new staff!
