Mammographer

Position Summary Under general supervision of the Manager of Breast Imaging, the Mammography technologist provides Mammographic technical skills to the Department mission. Duties include working as a technologist in other areas and/or modalities as necessary. The Mammography technologist performs mammography exams for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury to patients of all ages. Job Requirements MSRT/ARRT (M) required. State Radiology/mammography license required. Completion of two years post‑high school training in an approved school of Radiologic technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, instruct students, and provide technical supervision to staff technologists. Hours: Monday‑Thursday 7:00‑5:30PM. Full‑time. Compensation range:$47.51‑$56.78 per hour. The range is based on minimum job qualifications, with additional factors such as education, experience, and licensure/certification considered when making an offer.
