Immediate need for Registered Dental Hygienist in nursing home settings. In Deland/Sanford/ East Orlando area of FL. Great opportunity for a dental hygienist who wants to provide compassionate, clinical care to nursing home residents. Tired of a daily 8 to 5 schedule or production goals? Looking for a change of pace, fun, and exciting dental hygienist position? As the leading provider of dental services to nursing facilities in the state of Florida, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and we hold our dental professionals to the highest standards. Must be willing to travel locally in Deland, Sanford and possibly Orlando area. No Saturday or Sunday hours. This position is part time 2 to 3 days a week.

Required skills/experience

• Current Florida dental hygiene license required.

• Three to five years of clinical dental hygiene experience recommended.

• Associate Degree or higher from an American Dental Association

  Commission on Dental Accreditation dental hygiene program.

• Compassionate, talented dental hygienist with an emphasis on geriatric care.

• Level 2 Background and Fingerprint screening required.

If you love clinical practice but are bored with the hum-drum of sitting at a dental chair, trying to fill your schedule and stressing about production, you are the hygienist for us. This position requires some local travel. Days are Monday through Friday. No Saturdays or Sundays. This change of pace position has:

• Flexible scheduling, Monday thru Friday; no weekends

• Compensation is a daily flat fee

• Personal protective equipment provided as required.

• Temperature screenings

• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
