Assistant Property ManagerJoin the Kittle Property Group Team as an Assistant Property Manager at Dville Village and Riverview Apartments! Position: Assistant Manager - Apartments (PBS8 and Tax Credit) Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00/hour, plus Full Benefits Package and potential for a Quarterly BonusRole Overview: As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting on-site operations at our apartment community. This role requires someone who embodies excellence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, community commitment, and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Process new applications and re-certifications, ensuring complianceShow apartments to prospective residents and handle lease negotiations and renewalsAssist in overseeing leasing and maintenance staffParticipate in marketing and leasing activitiesManage rent collection, bank deposits, and delinquent rentsSupport resident relations and enforce community rulesQualifications:High school diploma or GED1 year of experience in a similar roleStrong communication skillsBasic math skills and the ability to interpret graphsBeginner experience with MS OfficeTraining & Development:Annual training in fair housing, section 42, and leasingOngoing professional development opportunitiesJoin us in creating a welcoming community atmosphere at Kittle Property Group.
