Accounting Manager

Manage U.S. accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Oversee Federal, State, and Local tax compliance, including Income Tax, Sales & Use Tax, and Property Tax. Coordinate with external auditors, CPA firms, and tax advisors. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and tax filings. Lead U.S. tax digitalization initiatives and process transformation. Develop automated tax reporting and compliance workflows. Implement digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness. Establish tax data governance and electronic document management processes. 3. HQ Finance Digital Projects Serve as Finance Lead for HQ digital transformation initiatives. Drive accounting process automation, AI applications, workflow optimization, and SAP process improvements. Support project implementation, testing, user training, and change management. 4. Accounting Operations & Internal Control Oversee month-end closing, account reconciliations, and audit support. Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across finance functions. Support SAP S/4HANA enhancements and finance system governance. 5. Team Development Develop and train accounting team members. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across finance functions. Build sustainable processes to support future business growth. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. CPA license preferred. Minimum 8 years of accounting and tax experience, with management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations. Experience with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and finance transformation projects. Prior accounting experience in Texas is highly preferred. Familiarity with Texas tax regulations, local compliance requirements, and business operating environment is highly desirable.
