Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Details Behavior Analyst – creates master treatment plan and works within a multidisciplinary team to review treatment and goals, assess progress, support discharge planning, and address challenging behaviors. Pay Range: $80,000 - $91,200 per year (BCBA). Salary is based on relevant education and experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst required. 1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating individual or unit-wide programs. Experience working with children and adolescent populations preferred. Other Requirements Valid Florida driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must commit to a two-week, paid new hire orientation class (approximately 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday), located near the International airport in Orlando. Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings including Drug Test and TB Test. Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.
