You'll keep the action flowing smoothly while ensuring everything stays in perfect compliance with racing regulations and company policiesbecause accuracy and fun go hand in hand!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine warmth and deliver lightning-fast, accurate service that keeps the excitement going
• Master all transactions and documentation like a pro, staying sharp with racing regulations and company procedures
• Expertly exchange currency for mutuel betting and keep the money moving seamlessly
• Keep your bank balance razor-sharp and balanced to perfection
• Smoothly transfer monies between workstations to keep operations humming
• Work the ten-key adding machine with confidence and speed
• Keep your workspace organized, stocked, and ready for action

Qualifications

Job Specifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable about racing, gaming, and all applicable regulations.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand or sit for duration of shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
