Surgical Tech - L&D & High Risk Antepartum

This is a 13-week contract position.

3 × 11.5 hour shifts per week, working 7pm to 7:30am with a 60 minute unpaid lunch. Alternate weekends required.

Join our team as a Surgical Tech specializing in Labor & Delivery and High Risk Antepartum. You will be responsible for providing essential support in a busy L&D setting, working alongside nursing staff to ensure optimal care for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in labor and delivery processes.
• Support in high-risk antepartum cases, providing 1:1 or 1:2 care as needed.
• Engage in triage and PACU as required, accommodating multiple patients as per unit needs.
• Maintain a sterile environment and assist in surgical procedures as designated.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in monitoring maternal and fetal well-being.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in L&D.
• Experience in mother-baby care is essential.
• Prior travel experience is required.
• Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM.
