Full-Time | $23/hour guaranteed ($18 base + $5/hour guaranteed tips)

Okie Dokie Donuts is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic production baker to join our growing kitchen team in South Philadelphia.

We're an established, dedicated gluten-free bakery with a strong pastry program and an expanding bread and savory baking operation. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on production, takes pride in consistency and quality, and thrives in a collaborative kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Daily production of donuts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods
• Mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing
• Following established recipes and production schedules
• Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, organization, and cleanliness
• Working collaboratively with our production team to keep operations running smoothly
• Supporting the continued growth of our pastry and bread programs

Qualifications

• Professional experience in production baking, preferably with both pastry and bread
• Strong understanding of baking fundamentals and production workflows
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Interest in gluten-free baking; prior gluten-free experience is welcome but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Availability on at least one weekend day required
• Some evening shifts may be available
• $23/hour guaranteed, consisting of $18/hour base pay plus $5/hour guaranteed tips
