You can expect to work closely with the charge nurse and clinical nurse manager to coordinate room assignments, manage daily workflow, and respond to changing priorities such as add-on or emergent cases. The OR runs multiple rooms, and you will collaborate with a cohesive team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and shared responsibility for a smooth, efficient schedule.
