Role Description The Dispatcher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada, NC. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and route resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves monitoring activities, updating logs and systems, and communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and minimize delays. The Dispatcher will respond to incoming requests, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate records of assignments, status updates, and outcomes. The position also includes collaborating with supervisors on capacity planning and process improvements. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage multiple requests and schedules effectively. Solid communication and interpersonal skills for clear coordination with team members, clients, and partners. Proficiency with dispatch or scheduling software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools used for tracking and reporting. Ability to analyze information, make quick decisions, and solve problems under time-sensitive conditions. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping. Reliability and professionalism, with the ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
