Medical Oncologist Position at Duke Raleigh Hospital

Duke Health, Duke Cancer Institute, and the Department of Medicine's Division of Medical Oncology are recruiting a Medical Oncologist at Duke Raleigh Hospital. The position is Clinician/Educator (90-100% clinical; 0-10% academic). Board certification in medical oncology is required. Faculty appointment is a regular rank appointment (assistant professor). Disease focus is gastrointestinal malignancies, but with ability to consult on all solid tumors.

Clinical responsibilities include outpatient clinic and coverage of infusion services at Duke Raleigh Cancer Center or Duke Cary Cancer Center. Inpatient consultation on hematology/oncology service (staffed by hospitalists) is also required.

Academic responsibilities include clinical research and education, teaching of fellows in the outpatient setting.
