Supervise and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Support the management team in implementing promotional strategies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with scheduling and maintaining open availability for shifts.

Contribute to a positive team environment and foster employee engagement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
