Position Overview

We are currently looking for Ophthalmologists to join our physician-led medical group and serve the communities in West Bend, Wisconsin. The selected Ophthalmologist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eye care for various conditions affecting the eyes and surrounding structures, addressing both routine and urgent cases, including medical and surgical diagnoses and treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-time practice opportunity with immediate patient engagement
  • General Ophthalmology practice with the chance to pursue your specific clinical interests
  • Attractive Compensation: A competitive salary package is available, featuring a 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710, with opportunities for additional earnings and a generous sign-on bonus.
  • Flexible Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • Shared on-call responsibilities to maintain work-life balance, averaging 1:4
  • Well-equipped clinic staffed with 1 Ophthalmologist, 4 Optometrists, and support technicians
  • Three examination rooms and one testing room available
  • Surgical procedures conducted at a local medical center
  • Established referral network to facilitate patient care
  • Procedures include, but are not limited to, Intravitreal injections and cataract surgeries
  • Access to an excellent mentorship program to aid in professional development and practice growth
  • Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines
  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and approval
  • Work in an environment dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship training is welcomed
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology
