Case Manager

Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) contracts with state and local entities to provide reliable workforce development and training solutions. Job Title Career Navigator Location Idabel, Oklahoma Salary $15.67 - $16.00 per hour Primary Responsibilities Interview customers to assess service needs and occupation information. Coach customers to present themselves effectively as candidates and pursue optimal placement. Provide career advisement, develop individual employment/placement plans, and refer to jobs or training. Make visits to customers’ homes, training provider sites, and employment sites as needed. Develop and implement service plans, ensuring they are updated and maintained. Coordinate service provider activities and serve as liaison between customers and providers. Maintain comprehensive caseloads and provide ongoing case management. Document customer interactions in the automated system and prepare reports. Promote an inclusive environment and provide referrals to workshops, assessments, and internal programs. Demonstrate Extreme Customer Service behaviors in all interactions. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage. Physical ability to carry/lift up to 25 pounds and engage in routine office tasks.
