What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

✅ Provide a warm and engaging classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and physical growth in infants.

✅ Develop and implement daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime that meet the needs of each child.

✅ Establish and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to infant care.

✅ Document and celebrate developmental milestones, and ensure that the classroom environment is clean and safe.

✅ Support the cognitive development of infants through play-based learning and interactive activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

✔ Strong preference for experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting

✔ Familiarity with child development and age-appropriate practices is essential

✔ Certification in CPR and First Aid is a requirement (candidates must be willing to obtain)

✔ Effective communication and teamwork skills are a must

✔ A genuine love for working with young children is a necessity
