I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - my dad is a State Farm agent, I interned with State Farm Corporate, and later worked for another agent before opening my own agency. I attended Western Michigan University, played hockey, and still enjoy following the sport. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and kids. Our agency is built on creating lasting relationships with our customers and making a positive impact in the community through the work we do every day. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Rick Weissenhofer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Oswego, IL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
