What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care on a cardiac/neuro Med Surg unit
• Monitor patient status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Manage a typical patient ratio of 1:6
• Follow unit protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional and compassionate bedside manner

What You Need

Required:

• Active Massachusetts RN license or temporary agency license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Med Surg, Cardiac / Neuro units
• Basic life support (BLS) certification

Preferred:

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience in cardiac and neuro patient care
