Business Development Manager

At HOMEstretch, our goal is to become a leader in the home preparation space by helping homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale. Our all-in-one solution includes junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, and cleaning services. We're looking to add an energetic Business Development Specialist with a proven sales record to join our core team and contribute to our market in NW Nashville. Position Overview: Are you ready to take on a ground-floor opportunity and work directly with our team to build a thriving market? As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for cultivating partnerships with key realtors and real estate brokerages. This is your chance to make an immediate impact on our emerging business in the home preparation space. What You'll Do: Develop relationships with key contacts and work closely with clients to conduct consultations and provide expert advice on making homes market-ready. Network within the community to raise awareness of HOMEstretch and our services. Drive sales and business development efforts by introducing our services to NW Nashville-area real estate agents. Partner with our local leadership to build and shape the market - this is a ground-up position with a direct impact on our success. Conduct client consultations at their homes, discussing their needs and how HOMEstretch services can enhance their property. Assist in crafting service quotes and follow-up with clients to finalize deals. What We're Looking For: Proven track record in sales or customer service roles; cold calling and prospecting A people person who excels at building relationships and enjoys connecting with others in person and over the phone. Knowledge or eagerness to learn about home preparation services, including the latest design trends, painting recommendations, flooring options, and cosmetic improvements. Real estate field experience is a plus. Enjoy solving problems and working closely with clients to meet their needs. Comfortable in a start-up environment where agility and initiative are valued.
