About the Team: The Human Resources team at ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC. plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment that produces axle drive systems for Stellantis as a Tier One automotive supplier. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience working alongside HR professionals in an in‑plant setting, supporting a variety of functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training, and HR administration. This year‑round internship offers current students a unique opportunity to develop practical HR skills while contributing to a collaborative team that supports the success of both employees and plant operations. What you can look forward to as an HR Intern: Visible presence at HR welcome desk and represent HR for initial employee questions/concerns. Manage visitor and employee traffic for other HR employees. Manage HR correspondence including phone calls and voicemail. Maintain grievance files and grievance log. Manage recognition programs. Create welcome and promotional slides for new hires and internal promotions. Support Talent Acquisition/Recruiting with paperwork, interview scheduling, etc. Assist with orientation. Manage employee badges and corresponding badge system to include regular access audits. Your profile as an HR Intern: Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources. Excellent communications skills. Customer service attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills and must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
