Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, providing guidance and support to aid in their clinical licensure and educational goals.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of individualized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and interventions while monitoring client progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and supervision logs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Sacred Health and Wellness encompass a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proof of professional liability insurance.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience supervising or mentoring practicum students or interns in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

• Knowledge of current mental health trends and therapeutic practices, particularly advances in online therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with the additional opportunity for an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
