4M Dental Implant Center is expanding! We’re excited to announce that our new, state-of-the-art practice in Sacramento will be opening this April, bringing exceptional, life-changing dental implant care to patients in a modern, comfortable environment. 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Implant Dentist to join our team 3 days a week (flexible on the days). The ideal candidate is passionate about implant dentistry, dedicated to precision and patient comfort, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform implant procedures: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, surgical placement, and restoration of dental implants. 
• Patient consultations: Communicate treatment options, risks, and benefits clearly to patients, ensuring informed decisions.
• Oral health assessments: Evaluate patient suitability through thorough exams, medical history review, and diagnostic imaging (x-rays, CT scans, 3D  imaging).
• Treatment planning: Develop customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals and clinical needs.
• Follow-up care: Oversee post-operative care and healing, ensuring optimal implant integration and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborative care: Partner with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Patient education: Provide guidance on oral hygiene and post-procedure maintenance for long-term implant success.
• Accurate documentation: Maintain thorough patient records in compliance with state and practice regulations.
• Professional development: Stay current with advancements in implantology, digital dentistry, and surgical techniques.
  
  

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license in good standing.
• Completion of specialized training or certification in implant dentistry.
• Minimum 3 years of implant or oral surgery experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in digital treatment planning, implant placement, and advanced bone grafting techniques.
• Strong understanding of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, prosthetics, and surgical protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient education and care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment.
