**(Lavonia, GA):** Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a **Shipping Supervisor** to oversee daily shipping operations, coordinate all outbound shipments, and supervise the shipping department. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to operate a sit-down forklift, and a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

**Essential Duties:**

* Coordinate and oversee all outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

* Supervise and lead the shipping department, assigning work and monitoring daily productivity.

* Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials as needed.

* Verify shipping documentation, inventory, and order accuracy.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shipping area.

* Communicate with warehouse personnel and management to ensure smooth workflow.

* Address shipping issues and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with company safety policies and shipping procedures.

**Requirements/Skills:**

* Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics supervisory role preferred.

* Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory processes.

* Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Willingness to work **Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until all work is completed.**

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

* Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

* Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including a sit-down forklift.

* Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
