Benefits Analyst (Contract)

Responsibilities Assist in administering all global benefits plans, programs, policies and processes with a focus on US based plans. Assist with global benefits management including regulatory compliance, and administration of benefits programs. Proactively partner with key stakeholders in People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement. Ensure benefits programs provide a positive employee experience with education and clear communication. Serve as a first line subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information. Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and identify trends. Understand US benefit management with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global regions in APJ and EMEA. Experience with self-funding plan management in the US. Experience with Workday Benefits module; proficiency with Workday Benefits/HRIS. Experience assisting with time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA). Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to understand and prioritize competing, urgent requests. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management. Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Coupa. Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field. Software and tech company experience preferred. Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders; beginner consulting and analytical skills. Experience assisting with benefits budget management in the US. Experience in developing and delivering engaging benefits communications and educational materials. Compensation and Benefits The range below represents a reasonable estimate of pay for the listed position. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
