Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for practicing in Washington state
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings (Pre K, Elementary, Middle, and High School)
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and family members
• Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Energetic, compassionate, and flexible approach to therapy
• New graduates with school-based clinical experience are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide individualized and group OT services to students across assigned grades
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Develop creative strategies to promote fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Complete thorough evaluations and document student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting goal development and progress reporting
• Educate families and teachers on carryover strategies for student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
