Senior Controller / Director of Finance (E - commerce)

Confidential Senior Controller / Director of Finance opportunity with a high-growth consumer products and e-commerce organization based in Port St. Lucie, FL.

This is a highly visible leadership role within a founder-led company experiencing strong continued growth across DTC, Amazon, Shopify, wholesale, retail, and marketplace channels. The organization is looking for a hands-on operational finance leader who can help scale the accounting and finance function while partnering directly with executive leadership.

The role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, process improvements, ERP/system optimization, inventory accounting, and operational finance initiatives across a fast-moving multi-channel business.

• Lead accounting and finance operations in a high-growth environment

• Oversee month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance

• Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies across the finance function

• Partner closely with leadership on financial visibility and business operations

• Manage inventory, fulfillment, logistics, sales tax, payroll, and operational accounting processes

• Support ERP optimization, integrations, automation initiatives, and system improvements

• Lead and mentor accounting staff while helping build scalable processes for future growth

• Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, customer service, and executive leadership teams

• 7–10+ years of accounting/finance experience

• CPA strongly preferred

• Consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or DTC experience required

• Strong experience with Amazon, Shopify, wholesale, retail, and/or marketplace accounting

environments

• ERP systems experience required, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP Business One, Sage Intacct, etc.

• Strong operational accounting experience including inventory, logistics, fulfillment, sales tax, payroll, and cash flow management

• Prior accounting/finance leadership experience

• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with executive visibility

Approximately $140K–$170K base + bonus
