Job Description:

This position provides critical care nursing services in the Intensive Care Unit, managing patients with severe, life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The RN is responsible for utilizing advanced nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a high acuity environment.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and medication titration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain and manage advanced life support equipment.

Requirements:

• Current RN license and ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience; familiarity with Cerner or EPIC EMR systems.
• Proficient in using critical care technology, including ventilators and monitoring equipment.
• Ability to interpret and act upon telemetry readouts.
