Summary of Job Description The positions within the Graphics III are responsible working with customer to understand concepts and provide guidance on graphic designs. Designs artwork and graphics. The employee may work directly with customers to address requests/questions and change orders. They must maintain a clean and safe working environment. Essential Functions Communicate verbally with co-workers to keep a safe working environment Works with customers and addresses requests and change orders Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks Works directly with internal and external customers to understand concepts and provides guidance on designs Partners with marketing and sales Orders special parts and inventory Check and review check lists, work orders, and schedules Work required hours and have an excellent attendance record Work overtime as needed Maintain a clean and safe working environment Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education Experience with Graphics Design or comparable experience Strong computer skills Strong customer service skills Preferred Qualifications to complete Essential Functions Associate degree in computer Aided Graphic Design or other advanced Graphic training Working knowledge/Proficiency using Gerber Omega and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photo Shop) General understanding of Graphic printing/output/production Prior Graphic application experience is a plus (Vinyl or reflective material) Previous experiencing using Cut Master, ONYX RIP Software Previous experience in department 25 Key Abilities Needed to Complete Essential Functions *All positions require the ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
