Analytics Manager

Job brief To organise our analytics division and oversee our staff of analysts, we are looking for an analytics manager. You will put strategies and mechanisms into place to convert unprocessed data into insightful business information. We require you to possess strong logical reasoning abilities and business intelligence in this position. Effective communication skills are crucial. We'd want to meet you if you have significant industry experience as well. Your objective will be to assist our company in utilising data to promote excellence and high performance. Responsibilities Recognize the requirements and goals of the business Create strategies for efficient reporting and data analysis Establish corporate metrics and pertinent data sources. Choose, set up, and use analytics solutions Organize and train a group of data analysts Control all analytics processes to eliminate errors and guarantee quality Extract information from several sources (e.G. Operations, it, customer feedback) Create solutions that convert raw data into useful business insights. Utilize your expertise of the sector to better understand data and perform. Keep up with news and developments in your sector. Requirements and skills Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist Solid data analysis and reporting experience; industry knowledge is a plus Background in project management and market research Excel, r, and sql expertise, as well as a working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.G.
