What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and respect.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.

• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates promptly.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.

• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.

• Respond confidently to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.

• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing.

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

• A compassionate, resident-first attitude.

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented professionals who enjoy making a difference.
