Line Cook

Experienced Line Cook Wanted

Looking for an experienced line cook.

Qualifications:

• Someone who has overall experience in a full-time kitchen.
• Banquet and baking experience is a plus.
• Must have open availability.
• Days, nights, weekends, and most holidays.

Note:

The more overall experience in the kitchen, the better rate of pay we offer.

Must be able to do the following:

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
• Saute, grill, bake all proteins and vegetables and other foods.
• Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
• Handle and store ingredients and food.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Set up workstations with the required ingredients and equipment.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Monitor station inventory levels.
• Accommodate member's special requests.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
