Branch Manager

Position Overview At PNC, a Branch Manager in The Woodlands, TX, leads all aspects of branch performance, drives revenue and customer loyalty, manages risk and compliance, and builds a high‑performing team. Responsibilities Direct branch performance and drive revenue through consultative customer interactions. Build a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Develop and empower a branch team through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management. Use a branded sales process to reach sales targets and deepen customer relationships. Lead operational risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Represent PNC across the community to support business banking growth. Model and promote an inclusive workplace culture aligned with PNC values. Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a comparable role. Demonstrated knowledge of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals. Strong people‑management skills and ability to coach a team. Experience with consultative selling and a client‑centric approach. Leadership ability to mitigate regulatory and sales‑practice risk. Preferred: Bilingual Spanish, experience in omni‑channel banking, and a proactive mindset. Education: No degree required; suitable combination of experience and product knowledge accepted.
