The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at our McLean, VA office and will begin on June 1, 2027 and end on August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program). The pay rate is $25.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00. This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As an intern, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. Potential Internships opportunities may include: Intern, OS&E Sourcing Intern, FF&E Sourcing Intern, Property Applications *Please note that available internship opportunities may vary by location and business need Projects you'll take ownership of: Engage in impactful projects, take part in learning and development workshops, and build connections through networking and social events with Team Members and fellow interns Support your assigned team through the program, which could include preparing reports, presentations, conducting research, and analyzing data Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions Utilize organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with your team Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings You have these minimum qualifications: Can commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in our McLean, VA corporate office Sophomore or junior of post-secondary education program; or have less than one (1) year of professional experience. It would be useful if you have: Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student run organization Internship or work experience in the hospitality or customer service (e.g. server, front desk, volunteer, coach) Experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Hospitality, Interior Design, Engineering, Data Analytics, Process Improvement, or a related field Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Copilot, or other analytics, visualization, and AI-powered tools How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
