Job Summary The Senior Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, drive an efficient and inclusive interview process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The recruiter leverages sourcing expertise to engage passive candidates, build strong technical pipelines, and promote the employer brand as a destination for world-class talent. Key Responsibilities Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies Develop and post job descriptions that attract top technical talent Source passive candidates through personalized outreach using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls to assess skills and qualifications Champion candidate experience throughout the hiring process Promote employer brand and position the company as a top destination for technical talent Track recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs Stay current on technologies and market trends to inform recruiting strategies Manage recruiting projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and impact Required Qualifications Proven success as a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience hiring for complex technical and executive roles Ability to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies Strong relationship management skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools Expertise in sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage top talent 10+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in fast-paced environments Ability to manage high requisition volume (up to 50+) while meeting SLAs and providing timely updates Experience recruiting for semiconductor industry roles or similar highly specialized technical fields Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of emerging recruiting trends and technical talent markets Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Education: Bachelors Degree
