Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and telemetry reporting
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Interpret cardiac rhythms, report changes, and respond quickly to emergencies
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies per protocol
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and interventions
