RN - Rapid Response Team

This position is for the rapid response team. Team members are not assigned to specific patients. They are responsible for responding throughout the facility. This role requires collaboration with core staff members. The facility is a large healthcare provider with a strong reputation. It is known for being a major trauma center. Specialties include women's services, sports medicine, and neurological care. Cardiovascular services offered include open heart procedures. Quality of care has earned awards from various national organizations. The facility features services for pediatric care and has numerous accolades. Staff members report a friendly atmosphere and supportive management. There are ample opportunities for professional growth. The entire facility has a substantial number of beds and a dedicated staff. Shifts are staffed with a set number of personnel, including charge nurses and assistants. Typical cases involve cardiac arrest, trauma, and post-resuscitation care. The ideal candidate is compassionate and a team player. Floating throughout the facility is expected in this role. The dress code includes specific scrub colors. Rotating weekends are part of the scheduling requirements. This position aims to fill a currently vacant role.
