NOW HIRING: Mixer Operator (2+ Years Experience Required)
Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday – Thursday Fridays if needed | 5:00 AM – 3:15PM
Regal Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Mixer Operator for a manufacturing company in Grand Prairie, TX. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of industrial mixing experience, preferably in the paint, coatings, chemicals, adhesives, or related manufacturing industries.
Job Responsibilities
Read and follow batch formulas, recipes, and production instructions accurately.
Weigh and measure raw materials according to production specifications.
Load ingredients into industrial mixers following the required sequence.
Operate mixing equipment to blend chemicals, powders, and liquid materials.
Collect product samples for Quality Control testing and make adjustments as needed.
Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and production processes to ensure product quality.
Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
Follow all safety, quality, and GMP procedures while meeting daily production goals.
Operate automated control systems and control room equipment when required.
Keep work area clean and organized while complying with company safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Mixer Operator experience required.
Experience in paint, coatings, chemical, ink, resin, or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Ability to accurately read formulas, batch sheets, and production instructions.
Comfortable lifting materials and working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Stable work history.
Must be able to pass the customer's criminal background check.
