NOW HIRING: Mixer Operator (2+ Years Experience Required)
Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (DOE)

Shift: Monday – Thursday Fridays if needed | 5:00 AM – 3:15PM

Regal Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Mixer Operator for a manufacturing company in Grand Prairie, TX. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of industrial mixing experience, preferably in the paint, coatings, chemicals, adhesives, or related manufacturing industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and follow batch formulas, recipes, and production instructions accurately.

• Weigh and measure raw materials according to production specifications.

• Load ingredients into industrial mixers following the required sequence.

• Operate mixing equipment to blend chemicals, powders, and liquid materials.

• Collect product samples for Quality Control testing and make adjustments as needed.

• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and production processes to ensure product quality.

• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.

• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP procedures while meeting daily production goals.

• Operate automated control systems and control room equipment when required.

• Keep work area clean and organized while complying with company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Mixer Operator experience required.

• Experience in paint, coatings, chemical, ink, resin, or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

• Ability to accurately read formulas, batch sheets, and production instructions.

• Comfortable lifting materials and working in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Stable work history.

• Must be able to pass the customer's criminal background check.
