Job Description
Are you dependable, hands-on, and eager to learn? We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Technician to join our production team. This is a great opportunity to build skills in woodworking, cabinetry, and manufacturing while working in a clean, professional, and team-oriented environment. No prior cabinet experience required, we provide training.
What You'll Do
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom closet components
- Operate shop equipment (training provided)
- Support material handling, prep work, and packaging
- Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Ability to lift/move materials (up to ~50 lbs)
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Shop, warehouse, or construction experience
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
