Bilingual Safety Manager - Multi-Plant in Atlanta

Overview Atlanta - Multiple Plants (Bilingual Spanish a Plus) Full-Time / Direct-Hire We\'re partnered with a long-standing heavy industrial company looking for an experienced Safety Manager to own EHS compliance across multiple plants in the Atlanta metro. You\'ll spend your time locally at plant sites working directly with plant leadership and crews to drive real safety performance. Responsibilities Lead OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910) compliance across multiple facilities Conduct regular plant inspections, audits, and equipment checks Develop and deliver safety training tailored to plant crews Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Build relationships with plant managers and frontline supervisors to be the person they call Maintain safety documentation, records, and reporting Qualifications EHS experience in an industrial or heavy construction environment Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910) Comfortable in a plant or field environment, you know what a JSA is, how to ensure it actually gets used, and you\'re not new to LOTO or machine guarding requirements.
