The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hour depending on experience.

Lunda Construction Company, A Tutor Perini Company, has a great opportunity for a Laborer (Non-Union) to join our team at our Rosemount, MN yard location.

As a Laborer (Non-Union) in the yard/shop at Lunda Construction, reporting to the Yard Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Organize, sort, and clean construction materials
• Load and unload trucks for transfer to jobsites
• Maintenance of construction materials and equipment
• Support carpenter shop for production of formwork
• Support daily operations in the yard as needed
• Assist with deliveries to jobsites

Skills and Qualifications:

• One (1) or more years Laborer experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Bridgework/construction experience is a plus
• Must be able to work in a team environment or independently
• Must be punctual and demonstrate regular attendance
• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
