Business Development: Expand your client base by networking, making cold calls, and getting referrals. Client Retention & Service: Keep in touch with clients, review policies regularly, and help them adjust their financial plans as needed. Goal Achievement: Meet sales and performance goals outlined in your marketing plan, reporting to a Managing Director or Associate Director. Required Skills: Licensing: Obtain the necessary Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses for your state. Soft Skills: Build trust and relationships with clients using strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
