Plant Operator II

Line of Business: Aggregates Plant Operator II Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and optimize plant equipment to support efficient production. Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Ensure product quality by following established standards and procedures. Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all safety and environmental requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to safely operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment. Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to resolving issues. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly. Mechanical aptitude with the capability to perform basic maintenance tasks. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments that include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
