Title Account Executive Department VA Channel Mission We are passionate and dedicated to helping our nation’s heroes, athletes, and those suffering with chronic pain find non‑opioid modern pain management solutions. Job Description BioWave seeks a senior Sales Role to help hit aggressive sales goals within the dedicated territory. The role involves building relationships with decision makers, demonstrating products, and closing sales to become the leading pain management product for the VA. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the acquisition of new patients on a weekly cadence and new facilities on a quarterly cadence. Work with a team of VA reps to ensure company and team growth goals are met. Use Salesforce to keep performance and funnel organized. Develop relationships and understand BioWave to acquire referrals regularly. Plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance for cluster calls at Veteran Medical Facilities, performing product demonstrations and closing accounts at the provider level. Become an expert in BioWave and the VA to better serve customers and prospects. Spearhead the business development of BioWave’s full product line. Required Experience/Skills Experience in or with Physical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Orthopedic, Chiropractic, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and related pain management fields. More than 2 years of experience in sales. Proficiency in Salesforce. Ability to form relationships across the organization, especially with the VA and Sales Department. Positive, persuasive communicator. Experience with electro‑stimulation technology. Sales awards or achievements. Proof of success in past roles. Education Bachelor’s in physical therapy, physical rehab, kinesiology, biology, nursing, occupational therapy, or related fields is preferred. Pay & Benefits Summary Base salary: $50,000; uncapped commission. Insurance: medical, vision, dental. 401(k) discretionary 2% employer match. Travel reimbursement. Basic/voluntary term life insurance. Long‑term disability. HSA accounts. PTO: 15 days for years 1‑2, 20 days from year 3 onward. 12 paid public holidays.
