- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Engage collaboratively with radiologists and the broader healthcare team to ensure accuracy in diagnoses
- Correctly position patients and configure equipment for optimal imaging outcomes
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
- Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment servicing
- Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and efficient imaging environment
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Proficient in diagnostic imaging techniques and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills with both patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt swiftly to changes
- A detail-oriented approach coupled with a sense of accountability
- Comfortable with contemporary imaging software including PACS and RIS
