Your responsibilities will include Meeting with Clients – Conduct comprehensive meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and retirement aspirations. Needs Analysis – Perform thorough needs analyses to assess clients’ current financial situations and future retirement needs. Providing and Explaining Solutions – Recommend appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients’ individual circumstances using our automated systems and back‑office support. Rigorous Follow‑Up – Ensure seamless implementation of recommended solutions and provide ongoing support and service to clients. Industry Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients. Following a Proven Playbook – Adhere to a structured approach and utilize a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required.
