Mill Creek Machining is seeking all levels of CNC Machinists to join their team in Paullina, IA. Location: Paullina, IAHours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$40 DOE
A weekly attendance bonus will be added to each pay period when all scheduled hours are worked* What You’ll Do
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Identify and process nonconforming material.
- Verify certifications, traceability documentation, and traveler accuracy.
- Support AS9100 quality system requirements and documentation.
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Experience level may range from entry-level to senior inspection professionals.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality principles.
- Knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, CMMs, and FAI documentation is highly valued for higher-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
