Make a meaningful impact working with students across multiple educational settings as a contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers a dynamic schedule, collaborating with staff and supporting diverse learners at 2–3 schools in the area. With a start date as soon as possible and assignment through June 2027, you'll contribute significantly to student progress by assessing behavioral needs and shaping evidence-based interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification, with a valid LABA license from the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division required
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and crafting effective Behavior Intervention Plans
- Skillful in data collection, graphing, and creating detailed progress reports for IEP meetings
- Comfortable supervising, training, and modeling best practices for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers
- Fluency in Spanish highly valued
- Prior school-based experience preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services across multiple school sites
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and generate, customize, and update Behavior Intervention Plans
- Oversee and support the ongoing training of 1:1 Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom educators in behavior strategies
- Track progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date data and preparing reports for IEP meetings
- Serve as a behavioral resource and collaborator within a multidisciplinary team
