Requisition No: 882019 Agency: Department of Health Working Title: OPS STAFF ASSISTANT - 64945132 Pay Plan: Temp Position Number: 64945132 Salary: $16.75-$18.00/hour Posting Closing Date: 10/12/2026 Total Compensation Estimator Tool Job posting category: Open Competitive Your Specific Responsibilities: Assist the Personnel Liaison with personnel actions/steps and supporting documents for processes including but not limited to recruitment, classification, and separations; includes sending forms and documents to and receiving them from the Department of Health Office of Human Resource Management (DOH OHRM). Helps with fingerprint/background and drug screen procedures for candidates and rescreens for employees. Assists with ensuring Human Resource posters are displayed as required by law or policy. Assists with making sure position descriptions are updated and correct/accurate. Puts together New Employee Orientation packets and assists with New Employee Orientations. Revies documents associated with Personnel Liaison processes to ensure accuracy/correctness/completeness. Helps track Tickets in the HRHealthDesk Ticket system. All other duties as assigned.
