Essential Duties

Assist in the preparation and execution of RA Training.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager.
Assist in the coordination of Health and Safety Checks with professional staff.
Assist in the preparation of hall opening/closing (including; marketing, scheduling, walk throughs, etc.).
Provide assistance with the coordination of room renewals and assignments.
Assist in the hiring of Summer Facilities Assistants.
Provide administrative support for marketing the residence halls and campus events.
Serve in weekly on-call rotation.
Other duties as assigned by the Housing Facilities Manager and/or Director of Housing and Residence Life.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of directly related experience.
Must be admitted and enrolled as a full-time student in a graduate degree program with Mississippi University for Women.
Required to reside in on-campus apartment through term of employment. (Housing provided.)
